Returns Policy

Cancellations

All products purchased through this website are covered by our return Guarantee. You have a cooling off period which means you have a right to cancel your order with us and you can do this within 28 days of placing your order . If you have received the order within this 28 day period you can send this back to us for a full refund less the delivery charge. Please note that all customers are responsible for the cost of returning products in the case of cancelling an order if it has already been dispatched by us. If the item has not been dispatched by us you will receive a full refund of what you have paid.

Faulty Perfumery Products

Ar Fragrance USA we think we go the extra mile in giving customer service and sometimes a product can be faulty or does not spray for example. If this is the case we will either replace or refund any item that is faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the collection of the product and the refund or replacement.
